Coordinating your travel arrangements:

Your airport is Los Angeles International Airport (LAX)

Suggested ground transportation is independent shuttle service directly to the hotel, or the Van Nuys Flyaway Bus and Uber to hotel from the bus station. (round trip)

Friday Wellness Retreat Arrivals:  your first activity / welcome gathering is 3pm

Monday Wellness Retreat Concludes at 12:30pm (considering leaving by 1pm, traffic, security, a 3:30pm flight would be tight; 4pm and after is suggested)

Arrive Thursday Night - you'll enjoy an added Wine + Dine dinner (included); and bonus Friday activities early morning, scheduled through until our welcome gathering at 3pm for Friday Wellness Arrivals.  A $399 group rate has been secured for early arrivals; single/double occupancy.

Depart Tuesday - relax Monday after our 12:30pm goodbyes; free time on your own.  A $399 group rate has been secured for early arrivals; single/double occupancy.
