Payment Structure:

  • Months 1–4: $12,500 per month (front-loaded retainer)

  • Months 5–12: $500 per month + commission

  • Senior living care team relationship management

  • Scheduling and leading presentations, demos, or product introductions

  • Quarterly strategy alignment review

  • “Feet on the ground” local activation (events, demos, tabling, collaborations)

  • Brand ambassador representation at community events (2–4 per quarter)

  • Monthly reporting: pipeline, warm leads, opportunities, and conversions

  • Implementation support for new accounts (if applicable)

Performance Bonuses:

  • New Account Bonus: $250–$1,000 per closed facility or location

  • Quarterly Performance Bonus: based on KPIs

  • Revenue Share: % of new recurring revenue generated
